Our Acrostic Poem about Willard Home

This week we learned how to do an acrostic poem. An acrostic poem uses the letters in a word to begin each line. Each line is about that word. Here are some of our shared ideas.

Willard Home

Today we visited Willard Home. We sang our Spanish song to them and recited some of our favourite poems. We took our readers and read to the old people. They really liked it. Then we sang them some maori songs.
